1.Complimentary shipping
Shipping is on us for orders over A$149 within Australia and New Zealand, and over A$189 everywhere else we ship.
The threshold applies to the order total after any discount and before shipping. If your order sits just under it, your bag will tell you how much is left.
The threshold is an Australian-dollar amount. In other currencies it lands close to NZ$179, US$105, C$149, £79, €92, S$135, RM430, but the exact test is always A$149 converted at checkout.
Strength Within bracelets — both Essence and Signature — include complimentary shipping regardless of order total.
2.Shipping rates and delivery times
Each piece is made for you, so there are two parts to the wait: we make it, then we send it. Making takes 3–13 business days. Delivery time starts after that.
Below the complimentary-shipping threshold, standard tracked shipping costs the following. Everything is quoted in Australian dollars — your own currency is converted at checkout, and the exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Express delivery is available at checkout where we can offer it. On orders over the complimentary-shipping threshold, express is an upgrade rather than a full charge.
The times above are transit only — add 3–13 business days of making before them. Custom and bespoke commissions are quoted separately, and their production time begins after you have approved the design in writing, not at the moment you place the order.
3.Duties and taxes outside Australia
How import duties and taxes are handled depends on where your order is going. There are two arrangements, and the difference matters to what you pay on delivery.

Complimentary shipping covers postage only. Where duties and taxes are payable on delivery, they are separate from what you pay us.
4.Tracking and delivery
Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive the tracking details by email when your parcel leaves us.
Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. We can usually change it before dispatch, but not after.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@bloomwithinjewellery.com and we will resolve it with you — that is a consumer guarantee matter, not a favour.
