This website is operated by CANBERRA FAMILY MATCHING DESIGN PTY LTD, ABN 62 657 850 050, of 30 Fitzhardinge Cres, Evatt ACT 2617, trading as Bloom Within Jewellery ("Bloom Within", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@bloomwithinjewellery.com.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Returns & refunds policy and Shipping & delivery information.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch it, whichever happens first.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify your details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Custom enquiries are not orders. Nothing is charged and nothing enters production until we have agreed the scope and you have approved the design in writing.

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and include GST where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the difference.

Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers enabled on our store. We do not store your full card details.

• You approve every custom design in writing before it enters production.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us — spelling of names, dates, sizes and reference material. We reproduce what you approve.
• Engraving is limited by the technique and the piece; character limits are shown where they apply.
• Natural stones vary. Semi-custom pieces match the style and spirit of your direction rather than an exact specification.
• You confirm you have the right to give us any photograph, artwork or text you send us.

Your personal content — names, photographs, stories — is used only to create your order. We never reuse it or feature it publicly without your written consent.

Our designs, illustrations, photographs, text and brand marks remain ours. Buying a piece does not transfer any right to reproduce or manufacture the design.

Where you commission a bespoke piece, you own the physical piece; the underlying design, sketches and files remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing. Any Story Sketch artwork you buy is yours to keep, print and frame for personal use.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies those guarantees. See our Returns & refunds policy for how we handle a problem.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded, to personal injury caused by negligence, or to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Jewellery is not indestructible. Sterling silver tarnishes, plating wears, natural stones can chip, and chains can break under strain. Normal wear and tear is not a fault. Care guidance is provided with every piece and on our Care page.

Crystal and gemstone associations described on this site are traditional and symbolic. They are not medical claims and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

If you have a known metal sensitivity, tell us before we make a custom piece so we can discuss suitable materials.

We try to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product images are as accurate as photography allows; screens vary.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may update these terms as our products, providers or legal obligations change. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your own State, Territory or country.
